CNDC Busti Campus

The first CNDC campus is planned for an industrial-zoned site in the Town of Busti, New York. From this location, we can serve customers across the Buffalo–Niagara corridor, Erie, and Pittsburgh while keeping data physically close to key regional employers and institutions.

Campus Overview

The initial development concept includes a modular data hall starting at approximately 40,000 square feet, with room to expand as demand grows. The site offers ample room for supporting infrastructure, renewable-energy integration, and future phases of development.

  • Industrial-zoned land in an established employment district.
  • Room for phased expansion and future technology upgrades.
  • Access to regional transportation corridors.

Regional Edge Location

Busti sits within a drivable radius of major population centers while offering a more cost-effective, development-ready environment than many urban cores. That combination makes the campus a strong candidate for edge computing and latency-sensitive workloads.

Community & Local Benefits

The Busti campus is meant to support the broader Chautauqua County economy, not just the digital sector. Construction activity, long-term operations roles, and adjacent service opportunities all contribute to a stronger local tax base and more diversified employment.

  • Potential for skilled technical and facilities jobs.
  • Opportunities for local vendors and service providers.
  • Partnerships with nearby schools and training programs.
