Technology & Infrastructure
CNDC is being designed as a flexible, future-ready platform that can support AI, high-density compute, and enterprise workloads while keeping sustainability at the center of the architecture.
Data Center Architecture
The planned campus uses a modular design that can scale with customer demand. By phasing construction, we can right-size capacity, refine efficiency measures, and align build-out with tenant commitments.
- High-density racks designed to support AI and HPC workloads.
- Modern electrical and mechanical layouts for resiliency and efficiency.
- Ability to accommodate evolving cooling technologies over time.
Energy & Cooling Strategy
Energy planning for CNDC focuses on integrating clean power, efficient equipment, and heat-reuse concepts where practical. While specific technologies may evolve, our guiding priorities are:
- Use power efficiently and transparently.
- Design for low PUE, especially at higher densities.
- Align with carbon-reduction incentives and climate policy.
Connectivity
Modern workloads depend on more than compute—they require reliable, diverse network paths. The Busti campus is positioned to take advantage of regional fiber routes and can support multiple carriers to help tenants balance performance and redundancy needs.
