CNDC is a sustainable data center platform with its first campus planned in Busti, New York. The project is focused on supporting AI, high-performance computing, and enterprise workloads while pursuing a long-term, carbon-negative operating profile.
Who is CNDC for?
Our target customers include regional businesses, public institutions, research organizations, and technology companies that need reliable, secure capacity and are looking for infrastructure aligned with ESG and climate objectives.
Is the data center already built?
The Busti campus is currently in the pre-construction phase. Engineering, permitting, and early site-preparation activities are part of the near-term development roadmap.
When will I be able to invest?
